Celebrate Christmas at Nambour Museum

The team at the Nambour Museum will be celebrating Christmas this year on Thursday the 18th of December.

This family-friendly event includes a visit from Santa (with photo opportunities on a historic cane train), Christmas lights display, entertainment from  the Sunshine Brass Band, face painting and fun kids’ craft activities.

The event will take place between 6pm and 8pm. Entry is free but donations are always welcome.

Nambour Museum is at 18 Mitchell St, Nambour and you can find out more by calling 5441 2119 or at nambourmuseum@gmail.com

Everyone is welcome.

Nambour Museum is a local heritage institution dedicated to preserving and sharing the history of the town and surrounding region.

Inside, the museum boasts a range of exhibits showcasing Nambour’s roots in the cane-farming era, the sugar industry, and the development of the hinterland.

Artifacts include cane-cutting equipment, historic photographs, documents, and displays that tell the story of the district’s growth — giving both locals and visitors a window into how the community transformed over decades.
