Daniel Morcombe Foundation milestone

The Daniel Morcombe Foundation last week marked 20 years of "Keeping Kids Safe", reflecting on two decades of work in child safety education, prevention and community engagement across Australia.

Since its establishment in 2005 by Bruce and Denise Morcombe, following the abduction and murder of their 13-year-old son Daniel, the foundation has promoted personal safety and supported young victim survivors of crime.

To commemorate the 20-year milestone, the foundation launched *Don't Waste It*, a new documentary honouring Daniel's story and encouraging continued action to protect children from harm.

Bruce Morcombe says they can't change the past, but they can influence and change the future for children around the nation.
