Nambour’s Lindsay Rural opens doors to unveil newly renovated showroom

This month marks the 12 month anniversary of the flooding in Nambour that devastated so many homes and businesses last year.

The team at Lindsay Rural in Nambour are using the anniversary as an opportunity to open their freshly renovated showroom to the public at an Open Day and “Meet & Greet” between 10am and 2pm on Wednesday the 25th of this month.

“During the flooding, pretty much all of our stock and storage areas were affected,” said business spokesperson, Annmarie Lawson.

“So during the clean up, the showroom was reconfigured to be a little more retail friendly and we would love to invite locals to come and see what we have on offer.”

A longstanding business of more that 20 years, Lindsay Rural supplies the rural industry, as well as the domestic market.

“We really want people to know that we don’t just look after farmers; we also supply private landowners, gardeners, community groups and organisations like garden clubs as well,” she said.

“Our staff have years of experience in various cropping and gardening needs and are always keen to share their invaluable product knowledge so that our customers get the best results with our product range.”

On the Open Day, there will be a free BBQ and there will be sales reps from supply companies including Rocky Point, KATEK, Searles and Thunderbird to name a few, who will be more than accommodating to discuss their product range with the general public.

“There will be some great giveaways as well, and our team will also be available to answer questions. It seemed like a good way to ‘re-launch’ our new look showroom and let locals know we are here.”
