Fight night set to pack out Mooloolah Valley club

Boxing fans are set for a big night in Mooloolah Valley, with the Mooloolah Valley Boxing Club preparing to host its latest Fight Night on Saturday May 2.

The event will be held at King Road, Mooloolah Valley, with doors opening at 5pm and a line-up featuring local fighters alongside competitors from across Australia.

Among those set to step into the ring for the host club are Jarod Keeble, Ben Akers and Elijah Tonisso.

The night promises to bring plenty of local pride, with supporters expected to turn out in force to back the Mooloolah Valley boxers on home turf.

As well as showcasing local talent, the card will also feature a host of visiting fighters, giving the crowd a chance to see a range of bouts and plenty of action across the evening.

The event is shaping up as both a sporting drawcard and a community night out, with a licensed bar and food available at the venue.

Ticket prices have been set at $15 for children and $30 for adults.

The fight night has also drawn strong backing from local businesses, with support from local sponsors.
