Ride on mini trains running again this month

The popular miniature trains will be running again in Nambour on Sunday, February 22 in the Mini Rail Park at 1 Florence Street (off Hospital Road), Nambour.

Trains will start at 10am and run until 2.30pm (locos permitting). Steam, battery and petrol locomotives will haul the trains around 1 km of track and visitors can ride on just one train, or try each of the different trains.

Enclosed shoes must be worn to ride on the trains, so please no thongs or footwear where the toes or foot is exposed.

There is plenty of parking 100mtrs away at the QR railway station car park and a sausage sizzle and cold drinks will be available. The railway is small dog friendly.

The best value tickets are 6 rides for $15.00 or 20 rides for $50. It is $3 for a single ride (EFPOS is available).

Children 4 years and under ride free when travelling with a fare paying adult.

A reminder that these are miniature trains and the locos have weight limits as to the load they can haul.
