RE/MAX Property Sales consolidates offices to strengthen service
Tristan Brown “Our roots in Nambour run deep. Nobody sells more properties in the hinterland than RE/MAX and we aim to keep it that way.”
RE/MAX Property Sales Principal Tristan Brown has announced the consolidation of the company’s Nambour and Caloundra offices into one central, purpose-built premises at Birtinya.
Mr Brown said the decision followed extensive planning and reflected RE/MAX Property Sales’ commitment to delivering exceptional real estate service across both regions.
He said the move was designed to strengthen client service, team collaboration and support the company’s bold long term vision.
“This move is about building a stronger, more connected business – one that gives our clients the best possible service experience and provides our team with a state-of-the-art environment to thrive in,” Mr Brown said.
“By bringing our sales, property management, and administration teams under one roof, we’ll be better equipped to collaborate, innovate and continue leading in our core markets from the Hinterland to the Coast.”
The new Birtinya office will open on January 1st, 2026, strategically positioned midway between the two previous offices to enable RE/MAX Property Sales to efficiently service both hinterland and coastal clients.
Mr Brown emphasised that while the Nambour office would close, RE/MAX’s commitment to the Nambour region remained as strong as ever, particularly with the company’s recent acquisition of the Blue Chip Rentals rent roll.
“Our roots in Nambour run deep. Nobody sells more properties in the hinterland than RE/MAX and we aim to keep it that way. The acquisition of Blue Chip Rentals, a long-standing and respected local business, reflects our ongoing investment and belief in the future of the 4560 region,” Mr Brown said.
“We’re proud to carry on Blue Chip’s legacy and to continue supporting landlords and tenants across Nambour and the hinterland with the same high standard of care they’ve always known.”
He said the consolidation would allow RE/MAX Property Sales to adapt to changing market conditions and evolving client expectations while ensuring its team remained focused on the relationships and results that matter most.
“I’ve personally been part of the Nambour story for over 14 years and REMAX has been in Nambour for almost 25 years now. We love Nambour and the hinterland and we’re just getting smarter about how we serve our clients,” he said. “To be honest most business is done in the car and getting out and about and reaching out to people. We don’t attract many sales from people who walk in the door. The industry has changed dramatically over the past decade.
“Our new location strengthens us and gives us the best of both worlds: a vibrant, modern workplace and the ability to serve our clients from Caloundra to Nambour and hinterland more effectively than ever before.”
