Since 1984, Wilson Fitzpatrick Family Optometrists has been looking after their client’s vision and ocular health, and building people-centred, long term relationships.

“We are independently owned, so we are free to stock and recommend products we believe in as well as provide eye care uniquely tailored to each individual’s needs.

Ours is an holistic approach to optometry and we consider the whole person,” said owner Sarah Wilson.

“This style of practice allows us to really get to know our clients, and I think the best aspect of this work is that we can build such great rapport and relationships with our clients.” 

The practice has a lens lab onsite which means that most repairs and lens fittings are completed in-house, ensuring a faster turn around, and the opportunity for same-day preparation for single vision glasses.

“Of the five senses, in my opinion, sight is the most important in terms of a person’s independence,” said Sarah.

“It is also something that you can’t check for yourself and that is why it is important to have your eyes tested because many issues are quite easily corrected.”
