Opening Night Success for Maleny Players’ Wyrd Sisters
On Saturday the 29th of November, theatre goers enjoyed the opening night of Maleny Players’ Wyrd Sisters at the Maleny Showgrounds.
Terry Pratchett’s parody of Shakespeare brought to life a medieval world of characters that swept the audience up in a magical world of witches, kings, ghosts, and theatrical chaos — all brought to life by the talented Maleny Players cast and production team.
The audience got into the spirit of the evening courtesy of the photo booth, and a huge amount of fun was had all round.
The evening sessions will continue on December 3 and 12, and matinees on 6,7,13 and 14. Bookings can be made via trybooking.com or the Maleny Information Centre.
