Jazzercise Nambour marks 15 years of movement
Jazzercise Nambour is celebrating 15 years of fitness, friendship and community in the heart of Nambour.
What began as a fitness class has grown into a supportive community where women of all ages and fitness levels can exercise, build confidence and form lasting friendships.
The anniversary also marks a new chapter for the Howard Street studio under owner Belinda Repa, who is committed to continuing its proud tradition while bringing fresh energy to the program.
“Jazzercise Nambour has built an incredible community over the past 15 years, and I’m excited to build on that foundation,” Belinda said. “We want everyone who walks through our doors to feel welcome, supported and encouraged to work towards their fitness goals.”
Located at 33 Howard Street, Nambour, Jazzercise combines dance cardio, strength training and stretching in full-body workouts designed to suit different ages and fitness levels.
Instructor Thalia Gangemi said the friendships and encouragement shared by members were an important part of each class.
“It’s about much more than exercise,” Thalia said. “People come to move and improve their fitness, but they also laugh, connect with others and become part of a genuinely supportive community.”
As it looks towards the future, the studio will continue helping locals improve their fitness, build confidence and enjoy exercise in an inclusive and uplifting environment.
