Ron and Elaine Tincknell are both feverishly hedgestrimming, lawn mowing and plant positioning in an attempt put the final touches on their beautifully designed home parkland garden. Each year the Tincknells selflessly open their astonishing private garden to the public as an innovative way to raise awareness and much needed funds for charity. In the past, the pair have raised money for prostate cancer as well as a number of other community initiatives. This year the garden will be hoping to raise as much money as possible for “Give Me 5 for Kids”, a charity that are dedicated to raising much needed funds for local community hospitals as well as sick children and their families when they need it most.Set on over an acre block, the garden- called Kelly Field Camellias- is a stunning display of horticulture that is sure to amaze all those who attend.
