Mapleton Choir to host uplifting afternoon concerts

Get ready for an afternoon of uplifting music! The Mapleton Choir is thrilled to announce its November weekend of concerts, themed ‘The Rhythm of Life’, featuring a dynamic collection of songs designed to entertain and delight.

You can look forward to the fast-paced, energetic theme song, “Rhythm of Life,” from the musical Sweet Chariot, alongside beloved classics such as “Blue Moon,” “Wind Beneath My Wings,” and the iconic “Banana Boat Song,” to name just a few.

There will be something in this concert for everyone.

As always, the program will be complemented by solo or small group performances from talented choir members and both concerts will be followed by a complimentary afternoon tea, providing a wonderful opportunity for the choir to mingle and catch up with audience members in a relaxed, friendly setting.

If you’ve never been to a Mapleton Choir concert before, this is the perfect time to come along! We sincerely urge you to support your local choir and enjoy an afternoon of quality entertainment that is guaranteed to put a smile on your face.

Who knows—you might even be inspired! We’re always on the lookout for new voices and you might decide you’d like to join our vibrant community non-audition choir in 2026.

November 8 and 9 at 2.30pm Kureelpa Hall. Tickets $25. Bookings via www.trybooking.com/DFXKG
