Council CEO to speak at Nambour Chamber Sub Regional Coffee Catch Up in October
The Chamber’s monthly Coffee Catch Ups have swelled in numbers over the past couple of years.
The Nambour Chamber of Commerce October 2 Coffee Catch Up is going to be an important event for business owners in the region, as members of the Eudlo, Palmwoods, Woombye, Diddillibah and Bli Bli business networking groups are invited to attend.
“This Coffee Catch Up is going to be a terrific opportunity for business owners in our area to hear from the new Sunshine Coast Council CEO, John Baker,” said Nambour Chamber President, Mark Bray.
“In previous years, we have held networking events incorporating Woombye and Palmwoods, and these have proved to be extremely successful and well attended.
“The October Coffee Catch Up will be held at the Nambour Cinema and Events Centre, which is the perfect venue for this type of event, and is being sponsored by the Sunshine Coast Council, and also supported by Visit Sunshine Coast and IAmNambour,” he said.
As well as Council CEO, John Baker, attendees will also have the opportunity to hear from C-Square owner, William Phillips of Sandran Property Group, Sundale Executive Brand and Communications Manager, Tracey Gillinder, and more.
“I strongly encourage business owners and managers to attend this important business networking event,” Mr Bray said.
“Our Coffee Catch Ups have gone from strength to strength over the past couple of years as our members are finding enormous benefits from the networking opportunities they provide. On average, we have in excess of 70 attendees at each event.
“The October event will be an amazing opportunity to connect with other business owners and meet and hear from some of the influential voices who are investing in and shaping our area.”
The event will be held between 7.30am and 10am on Thursday, October 2 at the Nambour Cinema and Events Centre.
