Three Peaks Gym has opened its doors on Bury St in Nambour. The team and owner have renovated a dilapidated industrial building in the middle of town, giving the area a new lease of life. Their goal is to provide a community focused hybrid strength and conditioning facility in line with the three aspects of health that can be affected in the gym; physical, mental and social.

They offer a fully coached program, open gym and recovery area with a sauna, ice bath and compression boots to deliver a holistic training experience which caters to the everyday athlete.

Memberships are available with discounts offered for nurses, first responders and couples. Casual sessions are welcome with a special emphasis on the Social Saturdays for $15, head over to their website or stop by for a chat to find out more.

The gym will be hosting a grand opening on the 27th of September and are inviting everyone to come along and see what they are all about.

“Our opening event will be between 7am and 10am and we will combine it with a community fundraiser,” owner Lacey Burns said.

“All casual member fees and money raised from the sales of food and clothing on the morning will go to Fortem which is a first responder health and wellbeing charity and Meals on Wheels.”
