Springtime at Secrets on the Lake
As the seasons change, so too does the Secrets menu.
“This spring, our chefs have crafted a vibrant collection of dishes that celebrate fresh, local produce and the beauty of dining by the lake,” said owner, Aldy Johnson.
From light and refreshing entrées like roasted zucchini flower salad and house-made hummus, to hearty mains such as braised lamb shank with rosemary jus or the Secrets signature seafood pot pie — brimming with snapper, Mooloolaba prawns, and crab — finished with lemon, dill, and cheesy mash, every dish is a tribute to the season.
“And of course, no visit is complete without dessert,” Aldy said. “We invite our guests to indulge in coconut lime brûlée, a sticky date pudding with Maleny gelato, or a slice of our freshly baked cakes served with coffee on the deck.
“Our chefs have done an incredible job of putting together a menu that is fresh, unique, and just right.”
Enjoy these creations surrounded by the serene beauty of Lake Baroon — where every meal is more than dining, it’s an experience.
