Sunshine Coast Arts & Crafts Winter Fair coming to Montville

The Sunshine Coast Arts & Crafts Winter Fair will be held at the Montville Village Hall on Saturday and Sunday, June 20 and 21, and it promises to delight visitors with a range of unique and beautiful handmade goods.

“The fair will feature local artisans, handmade crafts, an onsite cafe, and demonstrations of woodwork, card making and fibre arts,” said Publicity Officer, Tracey Dawes.

Amongst the items on display will be pottery, jams and chutney’s, local honey, slices and cakes and toys and clothing. There will be a cafe on the deck where you can purchase a snack or light lunch.

“Visitors will be able to browse the tables, check out the demonstrations and even chat to the makers,” she said.

Admission is free and doors open from 9.00 - 4.00 on Saturday, and 9.00 - 3.00 on Sunday.

“It is a great opportunity for community members to support local makers and enjoy a day of shopping,” Tracey said.

“It's also the best time of year to head up the mountain, and we'd love to see you.”
