Ensemble Trivium brings chamber brilliance to Range
Montville Village Hall will host a unique afternoon of chamber music on Sunday 10 August, when Ensemble Trivium presents Refractions at 3pm.
Promising “intimate conversations” through sound, the concert invites listeners to experience music up close as duos and small groupings of flute, violin, viola and cello reveal shifting moods—stormy, playful, lyrical and contemplative. The program spans centuries and styles, from Schneider’s dramatic Flute Quartet in G minor to Hugo Wolf’s playful Italian Serenade, alongside works by Saint-Saëns, Lutosławski and contemporary composers Guillaume Connesson and Robert Musczyński. Ensemble Trivium is known for uncovering hidden musical gems and delivering performances that surprise and stir.
The concert runs from 3pm–4pm on Sunday 10 August at Montville Village Hall. Tickets and full details via events.humanitix.com.
