Free night of music and mission at Nambour’s Live at the Chapel
Live at the Chapel returns to Nambour on Saturday July 5 with a free, family-friendly evening of music and mission at the Ignite Church Auditorium.
This month’s headline act is Andy and Sharny Chapman, a husband-and-wife team known for their uplifting performances and heartfelt missionary work across the South Pacific.
“Andy and Sharny love to sing and bring fun and joy to every performance,” said organisers. “They’re just back from their most recent mission trip to Vanuatu, and will be sharing their latest stories and tunes.”
The couple describe themselves as “musicianaries” – musicians with a missionary heart – delivering worship, encouragement and practical support to Indigenous communities and the poor in spirit.
Returning as support artist is local singer-songwriter and FlameTree Church pastor Stu White, who was a hit at the event earlier this year.
Held on the first Saturday of each month, Live at the Chapel is hosted by Ignite Christian Church and Aussie Grown Radio. Entry is free, and donations are welcome to support the artists and their music ministries. Light refreshments will be available for purchase.
• Doors open at 6pm at Ignite Church, 29 Short Street, Nambour. For more, visit the Live at the Chapel Nambour Facebook page.
