Comfortable clothing designed for Queensland women now available in Nambour Plaza
Vibrant colours and cool natural fabrics in comfortable women’s styles have become the trademark feature of Pina Colada Clothing.
Founded in 2020 by Bernadene Ey, Pina Colada has expanded to include seven stores between Bribie Island and Gympie.
“I think the secret is that our range is designed in Queensland, for Queensland women,” Bernadene said.
“My clothing only uses natural fibres, relaxed fit and comfortable styles that are perfect for our climate and lifestyle, and are extremely popular for holidays and cruising.”
With 20 years of experience in the clothing industry under her belt, Bernadene personally designs and manufactures her range.
“I currently employ 17 women across my stores and another 30 women overseas,” she said.
Pina Colada has now opened at Nambour Plaza, and Bernadene and her staff are excited to introduce their beautiful clothing to local women.
“All of our clothing is mix and match, and we also sell accessories and comfortable shoes. I think women love our range because I have kept it at a very affordable price point. My staff love to help our customers put together beautiful, comfortable and stylish outfits that will carry them through every occasion without breaking the bank.”
With many larger retailers suffering and closing down, it is encouraging to see a locally owned small business powering ahead.
“In the end, I think it comes down to having a product that our customers love, and taking care of them with excellent service,” said Bernadene.
“We are really looking forward to meeting lots of local women, and helping them find clothing that they will love.”
