Love art, nature and good vibes?

Sculpture on the Edge, the Sunshine Coast’s premier annual contemporary sculpture exhibition, is back at Flaxton Gardens from Saturday 29 November to Sunday 5 December 2025 and the organisers Arts Connect Inc are calling on our incredible local community to be part of this truly extraordinary event.

They are looking for art lovers, community legends, and curious souls to volunteer for 3 or 4 hours and help bring this creative celebration of life.

Whether you’re a people person, a problem solver, or just want to soak up the artful atmosphere, there’s a role for you.

From welcoming visitors to helping artists install their works, you’ll be part of a passionate team making magic happen.

Volunteering is a great way to connect with the arts, meet new people, and be part of a dynamic, creative event that celebrates imagination and place.

No experience needed – just enthusiasm and a smile

Volunteers will be provided with training and support, a Sculpture on the Edge t-shirt, the company of other fun loving volunteers, artists and visitors a free entry ticket allowing them to visit the exhibition on another day.
